Outback Outfitters Guiding Service offers turkey hunts in the Spring. Hunts are conducted on over 100 acres of private land in the Catskills. In 2007, Outback Outfitters will also offer Turkey hunts and packages in the Adirondacks that includes lodging, food and guide. Success rate hovers around
