Outback Lodge (during our off season)
Rent the lodge complete with 3 bedrooms, bath and a half, full kichen and living room equipt with Direct TV and Highspeed Internet, washer and dryer. All sheets, towels, dishes and cookware are provided.
Price: 170.00 per night for two. 10.00 dollars more per night/ per person over two.. Groups are limited to parties of ten. Children under 12 are half price and under 5 are free.
Boat Rentals:
V-hull motor boat: Price $55.00 per day

Guided Deer and Bear Hunts

Guide scouts for game before arrival.
Guide accompanies hunter to prime locations.

Bear Hunts Include:

Hunter is taken to bear site which has been developed by guide and is picked up when the daily hunt is complete
Specific information is given to the hunter concerning that site and what to look for.
If successful, the bear is brought out of the woods, skinned according to mounting desires and the meat is cut up and packaged for your use.

From Albany
Take 87 North (exit 24) towards Montreal / Lake George Region
(That will put you on the Northway which is also 87 North)
Once on the Northway, keep going to and take exit 23, Warrensburg
Take the exit and make a left at the stop sign
Go over the highway to a traffic light. Turn right on Rt. 9
Go about 4 and 1/2 miles and make a left on Rt. 28
Go about 21 miles to Barton Mines Rd., North River - make a left
(There is a rafting company White Water Challenges right before the turn off and Aro Rafting Company right after the turn off)
Go 3 miles up Barton Mines Rd. and the lodge is on the right

Weather: Temperatures are usually 10 degrees colder then the southern zone of NYS.

Chores: Responsibility of the outfitter, all help is appreciated.

Transportation: Clients are responsible for their own transportation to and from agreed meeting point, unless told otherwise.

Hunting & Fishing Limits: According to New York State regulations and laws.

Equipment needed: Safety blaze orange, N.Y.S. hunting or fishing license. Personal gear, food and drink desires. Clients can bring their own climbing stands, rifle, bow, muzzle loader, flyrod, spin cast pole and ammo.

Licenses: N.Y.S. residents or non-residents; big game, small game, turkey or fishing licenses available at local sportsman shops. We will help you locate a place to buy one if you come with out .

Down-payments and Cancellations: A 50% down payment is required to confirm all reservations. The balance is due upon arrival. All payments are non-refundable. However, if you secure another person to take your place, your down payment can be transferred to that person. The down payment may not be used to pay the balance of your trip if a person in your party cannot attend. Prices are subject to change without notice. Fully insured and licensed guide.
